When will my good(s) be dispatched?

Once payment has been made securely and safely through the selectbikes.com basket, selectbikes.com will view your order and send out the order to the delivery address.

Orders will be dispatched same day, check the cut off times for same day dispatch.

Cut off Times.

Orders made before 4:30 should be sent out same day by Royal Mail, the only exception to this is if the order needs to sent out by Courier (Parcel Force/DHL) due to the weight and size, in this case our cut off time to book a collection is 3pm, we recommend you order before 2:30 to make sure a parcel is dispatched same day.

Occasionally we can be very busy due to unexpected volume, and the cut off times may need to be slightly earlier, but this is very rare, if we cannot dispatch your order same day, it will be sent out the next, if this is the case we will do as much as we can to dispatch your order same day.

If for any reason your order doesn't arrive within 7 days, please contact us and we can look into this.

What if only part of the order is in stock?

If only part of the order is in stock we offer you the choice of sending out what is in stock at the time of dispatch and the rest of the order when it arrives, or wait until the whole order is ready to be dispatched at once (to save you postage). We will let you know if an item is not in stock by telephone or email as soon as we process your order.

What if I don’t want to order online?

We would like to assure you that our online ordering process is completely secure. Our secure SSL server for the website ensures no data can be viewed when you are purchasing a product. When you are entering your card details, a padlock icon will appear, this means your details are encrypted when you are typing them, this scrambles the data for anybody apart from yourself so nobody can view your details, a very safe and secure payment method.

Ordering on the website is much faster and easier, you also get to look at the pictures and make sure you know what you are ordering, you can also see your order status from your account and change your details very easily.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our website is run under a stock management system, all products shown as in stock, will be in stock. If your item is not in stock for any reason (multiple orders of the same item) we will contact you to let you know.

Can I return my items(s)?

We have an open returns policy and will accept goods back if they don't fit your bike, if you've ordered the wrong thing, or if you simply don't like them. We only ask that you return items within 14 days and that returned items are unused and packed correctly in their original packaging with NO damage.

Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods.

My goods are faulty, what shall I do?

Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case

Selectbikes Privacy Policy.

We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date for security reasons.

We also ask for your phone number, so that we can notify you of your order status if there is any problem. Your credit card details are deleted after an order has been dispatched to ensure your card details are safe.

We may occasionally send you notice of special offers by email. If you do not want to receive these emails from us, please reply with the words "no newsletter" in the subject title.

Select Bikes LTD will NOT sell or pass on any e-mails or details of any purchase or person, this is illegal and we feel very strongly to e-mails being sold or passed on, this will not happen with Selectbikes.com, our e-mails are kept within the website's secure SSL server.

Warranty

Most items hold a very good warranty with them, if you are unsure about any warranty issues with any part e-mail warranty@selectbikes.com, ONLY through e-mail and we will return your e-mail very quickly, usually LESS than 24 or straight away.
